- Initial contact
You contact us using the form below, the quote page or through the phone call and email on the footer of our website. Please give us some information about your landscape design needs. From there, our team will arrange for a face-to-face meeting with you at the site of the proposed landscape to discuss further the project, including priorities, objectives, and goals, so that there is a perfect fit between what we will deliver and your expectations. During this discussion, we asked some questions to establish the style, use, and maintenance requirements of the site.
Once we have everything we need from you, we will present our ideas and deliverables in written form. After agreeing to our proposal, the project will begin officially.
Our designers will come to the site and take photographs, measure, take some valuable notes and perform some site analysis. After that, our team will create ideas on space functions and locations. There will also be an analysis to ensure that the project concept agrees with the scope and goals.
- Concept pan
This step presents our solutions to your vision. We illustrate all the design elements and allow you to react to our solutions. We also provide examples of landscapes we have built in the past that are similar to your proposed landscape to give you an idea of what the complete installation will look like.
We take your reaction to our solution, revise it if necessary, and then present the revised concept with a planting design.
- Final design and budget
We present you with the final design plan along with the estimated budget. Of course, you can decide whether you want us to install the design or use your landscape designer. The estimated budget is calculated based on your hiring us to complete your project.
If you decide to use other landscaping services, we can still work as project managers at an hourly rate.
- Design installation
The final step is to install the landscape design. We have all the manpower and equipment to execute any design plan.
